Teams are becoming the building blocks of modern organizations. Having successful teams is essential to the success of any organization nowadays. For years, people have used scientific approaches to manage teams. Based on the ideas of Frederick Taylor, they looked at teams as machines. I don’t believe that teams are machines. I think that teams are the opposite of machines. During my passion, hiking in the wild, I realized many similarities between nature and teams. We can learn from nature in many ways, also when working with teams. I shared what I learned about working with teams in this TEDx talk.
Imagine stepping away from the every day and immersing yourself in the serene beauty of nature. Feel the stress melt away as you reconnect with your inner self and discover new depths of inspiration. I invite you to experience the transformative power of nature and unlock your true leadership potential.
Three videos of different hikes I have done in the last few years. Hikes where I cleared my mind and got back into a relaxed mindset. Ready to engage the next challenge in helping teams and organizations to create value. Join me in my next Leadership Hike and unleash your leadership potential amidst nature's grandeur.
