Thank you for being interested! I really appreciate you already clicked on the link!
In 2025, I realized that traditional workshops, like the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, are becoming less interesting for people to attend. There are many reasons for this, but it is a fact. However, I also learned that many people still want to grow their skills in management and leadership.
When you know me, you probably know I love to hike. I also often use hiking to explain management and leadership concepts. When I created my Ikigai last year, I realized that combining hiking/training and helping you would perfectly match me!
Here we are!
I created Leadership Hikes, the website, the program, etc. I already verified many things with different people. However, the proof is in the pudding. Additionally, the first people joining the program can provide very valuable feedback and (I hope) positive references.
What am I looking for? I want to find a maximum of four people and at least two people who want to join me in the first steps of Leadership Hikes. Your background can be anything. The program is NOT only for agile companies; it can be beneficial for everyone! You don't need to be an expert in management and leadership. You need to have an open mind, be willing to invest time, and share your feedback (afterward).
You will decide for yourself what you will pay! The final value will be around 2100 euros, but again, you will determine what you will pay. And trust me, any fee you decide will be okay!
You will join the program as a normal attendee. You can even keep the LEGO we use in the last step! :)
All the information you need can be found on this website!
What next? As you are here, you are already interested. Click through the website and decide if you want to be part of the pilot group. If you have any questions or remarks, just let me know! If you know someone who is interested, please forward the email or this information to that person!
Thanks already!
Kind Regards,
Ralph
